How does it work?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions along with a prepaid shipping label.  There is a small fee to return any unwanted items via mail, but in person returns are free.  We offer a flat rate of $7.00 for any number of items within the same order.  This amount will be deducted from your refund, however, additional charges may be applied for over-sized/heavier items.  If you think your return may be heavier than normal, then we suggest you give us a call (866-725-2551) to discuss.  We will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment upon receipt.  We do not refund outbound shipping charges on any unwanted items.  

Is it easy to return items?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt.  All undergarments, mystery packs and items marked final sale are ineligible for a return or an exchange.  All merchandise must be unworn, returned in the condition received with the original tags where applicable.  Obviously, you may try items on without violating this policy, but items returned that are deemed unfit for resale are subject to a 15% unfit for resale fee.  This amount will be deducted from the purchase amount upon receipt of the return.

Can I exchange my items?

Proozy understands sometimes things just don't fit, and you may need to change sizes, therefore, we offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size and/or color.  Exchanges will ship once your return has been scanned by the carrier.  You have 15 days to mail your return.  If your return has not been dropped off in 15 days, the exchange will become null and void.  Further, we cannot guarantee the item will be available by the time we receive your return.  We recommend returning the unwanted item(s) as soon as practical to ensure your exchange item is available.  

What if I am passed my 30 days?

If the order is outside of our 30 day return period then, we will not process a return.  We are sorry, but we offer 30 days from the date of receipt and NOT the date of purchase to allow for more time to return an item.

If a return/exchange was processed within 30 days of receipt and has not been mailed, then please contact to confirm the return is still eligible.  However, we will deduct a 15% late fee from the purchase amount upon receipt of the return from the original payment method.  

How soon will I get my refund?

Our returns department will refund the original payment method upon receipt of the return.  We do deduct $7.00 for the return shipping.  It typically takes 1-3 business days to see the credit post to your account depending on the speed of your financial institution.  However, if the product arrived damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was sent, then our returns department will refund the return shipping to the original payment method after they have inspected the item. 

You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.  Our returns department will refund the original payment method upon receipt of the return.  Refunds typically take 1-3 business days to process depending on your financial institution. 

What items are returnable?

Items purchased in the last 30 days from the date of receipt.

What items are non-refundable?

Items marked as final sale, mystery items, and undergarments.

Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
